Job Description: As a Sales Automation Developer at Levrez, you will be responsible for designing, building, and managing automated sales and marketing workflows that drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and tech teams to integrate CRM platforms, automate outreach campaigns, and build scalable systems that improve efficiency and revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end sales automation workflows across CRM, email, and outreach platforms.
- Develop and manage automated lead generation and nurturing campaigns to improve conversion rates.
- Integrate multiple sales and marketing tools via APIs and no-code/low-code automation platforms.
- Set up and optimize cold outreach sequences across email and LinkedIn channels.
- Build reporting dashboards to track campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
- Monitor, test, and continuously improve automation workflows for better efficiency and results.
Requirements
- Experience with outbound automation including cold email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up workflows.
- Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools and conversational automation (chatbots, AI SDRs).
- Knowledge of CRM data management, pipeline tracking, and reporting dashboards.
- Understanding of GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance for email campaigns.
- Experience integrating tools like Slack, Google Sheets, or Notion into automated sales workflows.
- Ability to write basic scripts (Python or JavaScript) for custom automation logic is a plus.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of sales funnel concepts, lead generation, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in building and managing email marketing sequences and drip campaigns.
