Job Description: As a Digital Marketing Executive at Levrez, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms. You will work closely with our sales, design, and content teams to build a strong digital presence, increase brand awareness, and drive measurable business growth through strategic and creative marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and domain authority.
- Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns (PPC/SEM) on Google Ads and social media platforms to maximize ROI.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content across all company social media handles to grow followers and increase brand engagement.
- Write and distribute compelling email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and drip sequences to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce high-quality blogs, landing pages, case studies, and marketing creatives.
- Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics including traffic, conversions, CTR, CPC, and ROAS using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Manage and grow the company's online reputation through review platforms, social listening, and community engagement.
- Coordinate with the sales and BDE teams to align marketing campaigns with business development goals and lead generation targets.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes to continuously optimize our marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Zoho CRM.
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or Webflow.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for creating marketing assets.
- Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing is a plus.
- Google Ads certification or Meta Blueprint certification is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, SMM, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads campaign management.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Zoho Campaigns.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for minor website edits and landing page optimization is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative and strategic approach.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
