Job Description: As a Demand Generation Expert at Levrez, you will be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel demand generation programs that attract, engage, and convert high-quality prospects into sales-ready leads. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and content teams to build integrated campaigns across paid media, email, social, SEO, and more. You will play a critical role in driving measurable pipeline growth and helping our clients achieve their revenue targets through smart, data-backed marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive awareness, leads, and pipeline for clients.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
- Build and manage automated lead nurturing workflows to move prospects through the funnel efficiently.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting campaign assets including landing pages, whitepapers, webinars, and email sequences.
- Define and track key demand generation metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Implement account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting high-value accounts and decision-makers.
- Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI.
- Provide detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience building and managing end-to-end lead generation campaigns including landing pages, lead magnets, and nurture sequences.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho for pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and how organic strategies complement paid demand generation efforts.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques for landing pages and campaign assets.
- Familiarity with intent data platforms and tools for identifying in-market buyers is a plus.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of demand generation principles, B2B marketing funnels, and lead lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign.
- Proficiency in running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
- Solid knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing strategies for pipeline generation.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools such as Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus.
