Job Description: As a Business Development Manager at Levrez, you will be responsible for leading and managing the entire business development function, including identifying new market opportunities, building and nurturing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth at a managerial level. You will oversee the BDE team, work closely with senior leadership, and collaborate across departments to align business development efforts with the company's overall vision and growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with Levrez's short-term and long-term growth objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across domestic and international markets through research, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the Business Development Executive (BDE) team to ensure consistent performance, skill development, and achievement of sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and strategic partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Oversee and manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with the technical, marketing, and product teams to develop tailored proposals, pitches, and service offerings that meet client needs and market demands.
- Conduct high-level client meetings, product presentations, and business negotiations to win new contracts and partnerships.
- Define, track, and report on key business development KPIs including revenue targets, conversion rates, client acquisition costs, and pipeline health to senior leadership.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Represent Levrez at industry events, conferences, networking forums, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and establish strategic connections.
- Ensure smooth client onboarding and handover to the delivery and account management teams for seamless project execution.
- Stay updated with the latest business development strategies, sales methodologies, and industry best practices to continuously elevate our growth efforts.
Requirements
- Experience in managing end-to-end enterprise sales cycles and large-scale client accounts.
- Familiarity with lead generation platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or Clutch.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and how they support business development efforts.
- Experience in preparing and presenting detailed business reports, forecasts, and growth strategies to senior leadership.
- Prior experience working with international clients and managing global business relationships is highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar senior-level role, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital product offerings.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing, mentoring, and motivating a sales or BDE team.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM for pipeline management and reporting.
- Deep understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and business strategy development.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients and strategic partners.
